Heath Langle

In addition to being a cycling enthusiast Heath is also an attorney with several years of experience with local law firms, and as a solo practitioner in the areas of trust and probate litigation, general and professional liability, estate planning, special needs planning, conservatorship, and trust and probate administration. His volunteer activities include being a scoring or presiding judge for the for the Gordon D. Schaber High School Mock Trial Competition for the past eight years, and an attorney coach for Mira Loma High School’s youth court program. Heath also sits on the board of directors for Your Finances Sacramento, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing financial literacy to high school students through interactive education and mentorships. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Simonton Cancer Center. Heath was a member of the Sacramento Golden Wheelmen Bicycle Racing Team and is now a member of the Team Hammer Nutrition Bicycle Racing Team. He is also a former community college and Division II basketball player.

Stephen Stuart
Vice President

Steve Stuart is a life long resident of Sacramento and has been a cyclist since his teenage years. He is a member of the Sacramento Golden Wheelmen Racing Team and member of their Board of Directors. He was also the team Race Director for 8 years and oversaw the promotion of the Land Park Criterium and Bariani Road Race that combined attracts over 1,200 competitive cyclists from California and Nevada annually.

He also sits on the Board of Directors of East Lawn Cemeteries.

Larry Wolff, M.D.

Larry Wolff M.D. is a respected cardiologist who was in private practice for 31 years in Sacramento. He is also an accomplished cyclist, having won six national track and road cycling titles, and competed in three world championship track events, including a third place finish. In 2016 Larry won the UCI Masters World Track Cycling Championship in the Team Pursuit setting a new world record in the process.

Daryl Parker, Ph,D.

Daryl is a professor of Exercise Physiology at Sacramento State University in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Science. As a researcher he has been studying the effects of cycling on human physiology for almost 20 years, during which his research has been presented regionally, nationally, and internationally. In conjunction with his research, he is also a consultant and coach to a range of cyclists from the local to the professional level, as well as professional teams. Daryl has been a competitive cyclist for more than 30 years in the road, mountain, and cyclo-cross disciplines. In 1998 he was a gold medalist in the New Mexico Games State Championship in the cross-country mountain bike event.

Carrie Lo

Carrie Lo has helped transact and manage multi-billion dollar investments for investment bank Saloman Smith Barney, mutual fund Parnassus Investments, hedge fund Algert Global Investors and the California State Teachers’ Retirement System. She is a member of Rio Strada Racing.

Michael Sayers

Mike recently opened Dai! Endurance in Midtown, Sacramento. Dai! is a premier training facility and a new project for Mike. He recently stepped down as the Men’s National Team Director for USA Cycling where he lead Team USA at 9 World Championships and Two Olympic Games. Mike also has mentored many athletes into high-level professional cycling careers. Prior to that, Mike was a long time professional rider with several premier teams in the USA.

James J. Cordano, III

Jim Cordano is CEO of the Cordano Company, a Sacramento based commercial real estate development firm. He is a member of the State Bar of California, International Council of Shopping Centers , and Urban Land Institute. He is a USA Cycling Certified Level 2 Coach and enjoys participating in amateur masters racing events.

Carlos Josa

Carlos Josa is a life long cyclist and has lived Sacramento since 1988. He has a degree in Architecture from the University of Oregon and is a licensed architect with 28 years of experience in the design, coordination, and management of architectural and multi-disciplinary projects, including sporting facilities. He has been an active volunteer in the Sacramento community currently in his twelfth year coaching youth soccer for the East Sacramento Soccer Association and in his tenth year as an active volunteer and fundraiser for the Sacramento Ballet and the School of the Sacramento Ballet. He also served on the Board of Directors for seven years, including a term as President for a local Montessori School.
